The vibrating feeder realizes material conveying based on the vibration principle. Periodic exciting forces are generated by vibration sources such as electromagnetic exciters and motor eccentric blocks, causing the feeding trough body to vibrate at a specific frequency and amplitude. The materials in the trough are affected by the vibration and move forward continuously in a jumping manner along the conveying direction. The feeding speed can be adjusted by regulating the vibration frequency, amplitude, or controlling the working time of the vibration source, so as to convey the materials evenly, continuously, and quantitatively to the specified position.
1. Simple structure. The core components of the vibrating feeder are only the vibrator and the conveying trough. The vibrator is used to generate the vibrating force, and the conveying trough is used to carry the materials. The vibrating feeder machine is more robust and durable. Even when operating 24 hours a day throughout the year, there is hardly any wear and tear. This greatly reduces the failure rate and downtime maintenance costs.
2. Uniform conveying and protection of material properties. 1. Vibration motor or electromagnetic vibrator: As the vibration source of vibration feeder, both vibration motor and electromagnetic driver have the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability, andeasy maintenance, and are widely used in vibration equipment such as vibration feeder, vibration screen, and vibration conveyor.
